This is Mr. Gish's personal bankruptcy case, filed on September 4, 2007, as a Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding. The case was converted on October 23, 2007 to a Chapter 7 case, and Neil C. Gordon has been appointed bankruptcy trustee. Mr. Gish filed an earlier case on May 4, 2007, Bankr. Case No. 07-67092-MHM.
